Mr. Joseph Kwow Addo Sam is a qualified lawyer who specializes in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law Practice, Intellectual Property Law, Employment Law, Real Estate and Property Law and General Litigation.
He is presently a Managing Partner of Legfield Consultancy after serving as Staff partner for several years. Prior to him working with this firm which he co-founded, he worked as an Associate of Ntrakwah & Co. (Law Firm) for eight (8) years and also as a Legal Officer at the Legal and Consular Bureau Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Mr. Sam also has extensive experience in board duties, and serves as a director of and company secretary to several Boards of prominent companies in Ghana. He had his education at the University of Ghana receiving BL – Ghana Law School, LLB (with Economics). He was admitted to Ghana Bar Association October, 1994. He has also received Basic Course in Securities at Ghana Stock Exchange.
